My kitchen is my happy place! I enjoy unwinding at the end of my work day, preparing dinner for my family, while I enjoy a glass of red wine and feed my soul with some beautiful music.
I learnt to cook in my Momma’s kitchen and have been cooking since I was 8 years old. Taught by my mom and my sister, Sandy. I will be sharing many of the traditional recipes from my childhood, as well as some newer ones. I love Jamie Oliver and his absolute love for good food. I cook many of his dishes, and of course, I add my own flair.

For me, cooking is not a chore, but rather an expression of my creativity. I’m an adventurous cook, experimenting with different flavours, ingredients and cooking methods.
